
🍋🧈 Lemon Butter Fish Fillet

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, hake, or sole)
- Salt & black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of ½ lemon (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1️⃣ Season fish with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
3️⃣ Cook fish 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ In same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic 30 seconds.
5️⃣ Add lemon juice and zest. Stir.
6️⃣ Return fish to pan, spoon sauce over fillets.
7️⃣ Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.
Tips
- Serve with rice, potatoes, or vegetables 🥔🥦
