🍫 Chocolate Cake (Moist & Classic)

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot water (or hot coffee for deeper flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt.
  3. Add eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  4. Slowly pour in hot water, mixing gently (batter will be thin).
  5. Pour into pan and bake 35–40 minutes.
  6. Let cool, then serve plain or frost as you like.
