- Blend Everything:
- Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour & Bake:
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish or lined 8-inch pan.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–40 minutes or until golden on top and set in the center. A toothpick should come out clean.
- Cool & Slice:
- Let it cool before slicing. It sets more as it cools and turns into a creamy, smooth delight.
📝 Tips:
- You can also add shredded coconut or a handful of raisins before baking.
- For a chocolate version, add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder to the blender.
- Great served warm or chilled — with powdered sugar or cinnamon on top!
