🌀 Blender Method:

  1. Blend Wet Ingredients:
    • Add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, and sugar to a blender.
    • Blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients:
    • Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
    • Blend until smooth — about 30 more seconds.
  3. Bake:
    • Pour into a greased cake pan or loaf tin.
    • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool & Serve:
    • Let cool before slicing or dust with powdered sugar or a quick glaze.
