
🌀 Blender Method:
- Blend Wet Ingredients:
- Add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, and sugar to a blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Add Dry Ingredients:
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Blend until smooth — about 30 more seconds.
- Bake:
- Pour into a greased cake pan or loaf tin.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve:
- Let cool before slicing or dust with powdered sugar or a quick glaze.
