
Instructions:
- Mix ingredients in a large bowl using a spoon. No kneading! Just stir until a rough dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a towel. Let it rest at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours (overnight is perfect).
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven (or heavy oven-safe pot with a lid) inside while it heats.
- Shape the dough into a ball on a floured surface (it will be sticky—use floured hands).
- Carefully place the dough into the hot pot, cover it, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake another 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crusty.
- Cool on a rack, slice, and enjoy the magic of homemade bread!
