
🌟 Grilled Beef Tomato Avocado Rice Stack
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white or jasmine rice
- 1 lb (450 g) beef steak (sirloin or flank), grilled and sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional)
Optional Drizzle
- Balsamic glaze or garlic sauce
Instructions
- Season beef with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Grill to desired doneness and slice thinly.
- Lightly season tomatoes and avocados with salt and pepper.
- Using a food ring or bowl, layer rice at the bottom, followed by grilled beef, tomatoes, and avocado.
- Press gently, remove ring, and repeat to make stacks.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze or garlic sauce. Garnish with herbs and serve warm.
