Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white or jasmine rice
  • 1 lb (450 g) beef steak (sirloin or flank), grilled and sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional)

Optional Drizzle

  • Balsamic glaze or garlic sauce

Instructions

  1. Season beef with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Grill to desired doneness and slice thinly.
  2. Lightly season tomatoes and avocados with salt and pepper.
  3. Using a food ring or bowl, layer rice at the bottom, followed by grilled beef, tomatoes, and avocado.
  4. Press gently, remove ring, and repeat to make stacks.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze or garlic sauce. Garnish with herbs and serve warm.
