
One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley or red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a large pot or deep skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add butter and garlic; sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir well.
- Add pasta and Italian seasoning. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish if desired and serve hot.
