One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or deep skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add butter and garlic; sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir well.
  4. Add pasta and Italian seasoning. Bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish if desired and serve hot.
