
Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 jar (24 oz / 680 g) marinara sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz / 410 g) diced tomatoes, drained (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 package (25 oz / 700 g) frozen or refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- Optional: fresh basil or parsley
Instructions
- Brown ground beef or sausage in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom.
- Add a layer of ravioli, then ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and sauce.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until bubbly.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Tips
- Use frozen ravioli straight from the bag (no thawing).
- Add spinach or mushrooms for veggies.
- Serve with garlic bread and salad.
