Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 jar (24 oz / 680 g) marinara sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz / 410 g) diced tomatoes, drained (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 package (25 oz / 700 g) frozen or refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • Optional: fresh basil or parsley

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef or sausage in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
  4. Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of ravioli, then ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and sauce.
  6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until bubbly.
  8. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.

Tips

  • Use frozen ravioli straight from the bag (no thawing).
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for veggies.
  • Serve with garlic bread and salad.
