Creamy Baked Chicken Taquitos

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley (optional)
  • 10–12 small tortillas
  • Cooking spray or brushed oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Make the filling
    Mix chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble taquitos
    Place 2–3 tbsp filling on each tortilla.
    Roll tightly and place seam-side down on tray.
  4. Bake
    Spray or brush lightly with oil.
    Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy.
