Creamy Baked Chicken Taquitos
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley (optional)
- 10–12 small tortillas
- Cooking spray or brushed oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. - Make the filling
Mix chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. - Assemble taquitos
Place 2–3 tbsp filling on each tortilla.
Roll tightly and place seam-side down on tray. - Bake
Spray or brush lightly with oil.
Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy.
