- 200 g biscuits (tea biscuits or digestive)
- 1 cup whipping cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
- Chocolate chips or grated chocolate (for topping)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla. Let cool slightly.
- In a dish, layer biscuits and chocolate custard.
- Repeat layers and finish with custard on top.
- Top with chocolate chips or grated chocolate.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
