
Ingredients:
- 1 large cabbage
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup broth or water
Instructions:
- Boil cabbage, separate leaves.
- Mix beef, rice, onion, garlic, and spices.
- Fill and roll cabbage leaves.
- Spread vegetables and oil in pot.
- Arrange rolls on top, add broth.
- Cover and simmer 45–60 min.
