
Ingredients:
- 3–4 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cinnamon or paprika (optional)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Toss sweet potatoes with oil, honey, salt, pepper, and spices.
- Spread in a baking dish in one layer.
- Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes.
- Uncover and roast 20–25 minutes until caramelized and tender.
