
For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 24 oz (680 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
For the Crème Brûlée Topping:
- ½ cup sugar (for caramelizing)
Instructions (brief):
- Mix crust, press into pan, bake 10 min at 180°C (350°F).
- Beat filling, pour over crust, bake 50–55 min.
- Chill, sprinkle sugar on top, torch or broil until caramelized.
