  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella + cheddar mix works great)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in well-salted water until al dente.
    Drain and set aside (reserve a little pasta water).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan.
