Creamy Sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup beef broth (or pasta water)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella + cheddar mix works great)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp butter
Optional add-ins
- Mushrooms or bell peppers
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells in well-salted water until al dente.
Drain and set aside (reserve a little pasta water). - Heat olive oil in a large pan.
Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic. - Add ground beef, break it up, and cook until browned.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. - Stir in butter, then pour in cream and beef broth.
