Milk Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup (150 g) sugar
  • ½ cup (120 ml) milk
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a muffin pan.
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar until light.
  3. Add milk, oil (or butter), and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  5. Fill liners ¾ full.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool and serve plain or with powdered sugar or frosting.
