📝 Ingredients
🍗 For the Fried Chicken:
- 8 chicken pieces (drumsticks, thighs, or breasts)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Oil for frying
🥔 For the Creamy Mashed Potatoes:
- 1 kg (2 lbs) potatoes, peeled and cubed
- ½ cup (120 ml) warm milk
- ¼ cup (60 g) butter
- Salt to taste
- Optional: 2 tablespoons sour cream for extra creaminess

1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
Place chicken in a bowl and cover with buttermilk.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is even better).
2️⃣ Prepare the Coating
