A sweet Amish lady at the market shared this simple trick with me… and I’ve never made potatoes any other way since
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor!


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs potatoes (Yukon gold or baby potatoes)
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
