Cheesy Beef Puff Pastry Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pack puff pastry (thawed)
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin (optional)
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 150–200 g shredded mozzarella or cheddar
  • 1 egg (for brushing)
  • Sesame or parsley (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until soft.
2️⃣ Add ground beef, cook until browned.
3️⃣ Season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin.
4️⃣ Stir in tomato sauce and green pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Let cool.
5️⃣ Roll puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
6️⃣ Add beef filling and cheese.
7️⃣ Roll and seal edges.
8️⃣ Brush with egg.
9️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
