🍗 Chicken and Potatoes with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into cubes or slices
- 3 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Optional: parsley or thyme
🍳 Instructions
- Season & brown
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat oil in a large pan and brown chicken on both sides (5–6 min). Remove and set aside. - Cook potatoes
In the same pan, add potatoes with a little oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook 8–10 minutes until lightly golden and tender. - Make the sauce
Add garlic to the pan, sauté 30 seconds.
Pour in cream, add garlic powder, pepper, and Parmesan.
Simmer gently until sauce thickens. - Combine
Return chicken to pan, spoon sauce over.
Cover and simmer 10–15 minutes until chicken is cooked and potatoes are soft. - Finish
Sprinkle parsley and serve hot 💛
