
🍫 Chocolate Custard Pillow Cake
Ingredients:
Cake:
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
Custard:
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
- Cook custard: heat milk, sugar, cornstarch until thick. Cool.
- Beat eggs with sugar, add oil, milk, vanilla.
- Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder; add to batter.
- Pour half batter in pan, add spoonfuls of custard, cover with remaining batter.
- Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 35–40 minutes.
