Crispy Chicken Strips

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into long strips.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture.
  6. Then dip it into the egg mixture.
  7. Finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
  8. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  9. Fry the chicken strips for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  10. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

  • Honey mustard
  • Ranch dressing
  • Barbecue sauce
