
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into long strips.
- In one bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture.
- Then dip it into the egg mixture.
- Finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken strips for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
