Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan, lemon juice, chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Season:
Toss cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. - Roast:
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. - Finish:
Sprinkle with Parmesan or squeeze a little lemon juice if you like. - Serve hot and enjoy!
Tips
- Don’t overcrowd the pan — that’s the secret to crispiness.
- For extra crunch, broil 2–3 minutes at the end.
