Crispy Roasted Cauliflower 🥦✨

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan, lemon juice, chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Season:
    Toss cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast:
    Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Finish:
    Sprinkle with Parmesan or squeeze a little lemon juice if you like.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips

  • Don’t overcrowd the pan — that’s the secret to crispiness.
