Italian Easter Meat Pie

Every Easter growing up, this was the dish that meant the celebration had really started. I remember the table full of family, and right in the center, this rich, golden meat pie—cut into thick slices and shared with everyone. It’s not something you make every week… but when you do, it feels like a real occasion. That mix of meats, cheese, and eggs baked together—it’s Easter in one bite.
