Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 8 oz (225 g) mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz (225 g) provolone cheese, sliced or shredded
- 8 oz (225 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup (120 ml) beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F. Grease a baking dish.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms until soft.
- Add beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook just until browned.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish. Pour in beef broth.
- Top evenly with provolone and mozzarella.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Serve hot (great on toasted rolls or low-carb style).
