
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). - Prep the chops:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. - Layer the goodness:
- In a greased 9×13″ baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes on the bottom.
- Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
- Mix the sauce:
In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and onion soup mix. Stir until smooth. - Assemble and bake:
Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the pork chops and potatoes. Cover the dish with foil. - Bake time:
Bake covered for 1 hour. Then uncover and bake an additional 15–20 minutes or until pork is cooked through and potatoes are fork-tender. - Serve it hot:
Plate it up with your favorite veggie or salad, and soak up that creamy oniony sauce with some crusty bread if you’re feeling fancy 😋
