  2. Remove outer cabbage leaves and cut into thick slices (about 2–3 cm thick “steaks”).
  3. Place the slices on a lined baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix:
    • Olive oil
    • Garlic
    • Salt, pepper, paprika
  5. Brush the mixture generously over both sides of the cabbage steaks.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  7. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until:
    • Edges are crispy
    • Centers are tender
    • Cheese forms a golden crust

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley or chili flakes
  • Serve hot as a side or light main dish
