- Place the slices on a lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix:
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Brush the mixture generously over both sides of the cabbage steaks.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until:
- Edges are crispy
- Centers are tender
- Cheese forms a golden crust

- Sprinkle with fresh parsley or chili flakes
- Serve hot as a side or light main dish
💡 Tips:
- Don’t slice too thin or they’ll fall apart
