Egg Muffins (Like the Photo)
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk or cream
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup chopped bell pepper
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- Optional: parsley, spinach, cooked bacon, or mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Grease a muffin tin well (very important).
- Divide vegetables evenly into muffin cups.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture over veggies (¾ full).
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool 5 minutes, then remove.
