Stuffed Cabbage Rolls on a Vegetable Bed

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cabbage
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup broth or water

Instructions:

  1. Boil cabbage, separate leaves.
  2. Mix beef, rice, onion, garlic, and spices.
  3. Fill and roll cabbage leaves.
  4. Spread vegetables and oil in pot.
  5. Arrange rolls on top, add broth.
  6. Cover and simmer 45–60 min.
