- Mix dry ingredients:

Let the batter sit for 5โ10 minutes while you preheat your pan. This helps activate the baking powder. - Cook:
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour about ยผ cup of batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form and the edges look set (about 2โ3 minutes), then flip and cook another 1โ2 minutes until golden brown. - Serve hot:
