🍳 Instructions:

  1. Sauté Onion & Garlic
    In a large skillet, heat oil or butter. Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic and cook another minute.
  2. Cook Chicken
    Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until lightly browned on all sides.
  3. Add Broth & Simmer
    Pour in the chicken broth. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10–12 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Make Creamy Paprika Sauce
    In a small bowl, mix sour cream and flour until smooth. Slowly stir this into the skillet. Let simmer uncovered for 3–5 more minutes, until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve
    Serve warm over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, rice, or spaetzle.
