
🍳 Instructions:
- Sauté Onion & Garlic
In a large skillet, heat oil or butter. Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic and cook another minute. - Cook Chicken
Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until lightly browned on all sides. - Add Broth & Simmer
Pour in the chicken broth. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10–12 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. - Make Creamy Paprika Sauce
In a small bowl, mix sour cream and flour until smooth. Slowly stir this into the skillet. Let simmer uncovered for 3–5 more minutes, until sauce thickens. - Serve
Serve warm over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, rice, or spaetzle.
