
Instructions
- Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and cut them into sections if needed.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture
- all over the ribs.
- Place the ribs inside the slow cooker.
- Pour the barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the ribs are tender.
- For extra caramelization, place the cooked ribs on a baking sheet, brush with more barbecue sauce, and broil in the oven for 3–5 minutes.
